Who we are
From Overwhelmed Schedules to Digital Life Planners: How FamilyBridge Started
We’re not a big software company – just everyday people who were tired of juggling money, work, health and family with a dozen different apps and notebooks. After years of trial and error, we began building simple, aesthetic digital planners and Google Sheets templates to keep everything in one place. Friends started asking for copies, then their friends did too. Today, FamilyBridge helps thousands of users around the world create calm, clear systems for budgets, habits and daily routines – without needing to be “good at tech” or spreadsheets.

We Almost Gave Up on Getting Organized Too
Time wasn’t the problem. We just didn’t have a simple system to manage money, habits, and everyday life.
The 60‑Year‑Old Habit That Inspired Our Planners
"I’ll never forget seeing my grandfather’s old notebook on the kitchen table – every bill, paycheck and grocery expense written in tidy lines, plus a short note about the day. It wasn’t complicated, but it was consistent. That’s when it hit us: the power wasn’t in the notebook itself, it was in having one place where life was tracked and reviewed regularly."
The ‘Aha’ Moment
"I’ll never forget seeing my grandfather’s old notebook on the kitchen table – every bill, paycheck and grocery expense written in tidy lines, plus a short note about the day. It wasn’t complicated, but it was consistent. That’s when it hit us: the power wasn’t in the notebook itself, it was in having one place where life was tracked and reviewed regularly."
The Wisdom
Grandpa’s simple rules for an organized life:
-
"Know where every dollar goes." A basic monthly budget and spending log, updated a little bit every day.
-
"Write it down or you’ll forget." Tasks, ideas and plans lived on paper, not just in his head.
-
"Review at the end of the week." A quick check‑in to see what worked, what didn’t, and what to change next.
These routines weren’t clever – they were repeatable.
The Bridge to Your Solution
"We took those old‑school habits and rebuilt them as modern digital planners and Google Sheets templates. Instead of a single paper notebook, you now get connected dashboards for budgets, habits, meals and goals – still simple, but easier to update, back up and share. No jargon, no complex software. Just clear, visual planners that bring that same steady, 60‑year wisdom into everyday life today."

How We Turned Grandpa’s Wisdom into Digital Routines That Actually Worked
The ‘30‑Day Test’
"We made one deal: for 30 days we would put everything into one Google Sheets life planner – money, tasks, habits, and plans – instead of scattered notes and apps. If nothing felt easier, we’d drop it. By the end of the month, we were shocked by how much calmer our days felt."
The 3 Transformational Systems
System 1: The Weekly Dashboard
"One sheet that shows our calendar, top priorities and to‑dos for the week in one view – no more wondering what to do next."
System 2: The Budget & Debt Tracker
"Every expense and bill logged in one Google Sheets template, with automatic totals and progress bars for savings and debt payoff."
System 3: The Habit & Wellness Tracker
"Simple checkboxes and color‑changing charts that make it satisfying to stick with workouts, reading, sleep and self‑care."
The Gradual Win
"By Week 2, we argued less about money and schedules. By Day 30, we could see real numbers: more saved, less wasted time, and habits we’d never stuck with before. That 30‑day experiment became the ready‑to‑use digital planners and Google Sheets templates we now share through FamilyBridge."
